Matt is here to give you any advice or support you need to make organising your stand as simple and effective as possible.  This will cover questions on Health & Safety, Food Sampling, Shell Scheme, the Venue, Build-up & Breakdown etc. They are also responsible for Health and Safety, managing the official contractors, liaising with the venue and organising the infrastructure that goes into creating the whole environment onsite at the event.  Hopefully you can find the information you need in other sections of this manual but if not, please contact them. If they don’t know the answer, they will know someone who does.

David is an established events professional that has been working in the industry for over 20 years. His events background in technology and sustainability aligns closely with key fundamentals of the Independent Hotel Show. Working for both start up events and large-scale events, he has a varied and in-depth knowledge of what clients want and what makes a successful show.

Isobel and Holly's main focus is to get all the top industry buyers to the show so you can introduce them to your amazing products! They do this through our website, creating relationships with media & industry partners, emails to our database, social content across our channels, press releases and much more. Marketing also help curate the content programme and support the commercial team with any sponsorship packages exhibitors have. Johanna Shirley approves Space Only stand plans. If you are a Space Only exhibitor, please complete the Contractor Nomination Form (found under Compulsory Forms) to provide us with your appointed stand builder's contact details or confirm if you are a self-build. Johanna will then liaise with you or your contractor directly on the required documentation needed for approval. Once written approval is received, a Permission to Build Certificate will be issued to you/ your contractor.
