IHL is a trade-only event, and all registrations will now be vetted to ensure attendees are from relevant industry sectors. Professionals working in hospitality and interior design qualify for a free ticket. All hotel suppliers must pay to attend. Registrations from suppliers that do not include payment will be rejected.

Tickets cost £199 + VAT.

The Independent Hotel Show is curated for General Managers and other Heads of Department active within the hotel industry. We do not invite junior members of staff because the show is not relevant to them and with this in mind, we unfortunately cannot open the show up to students.

We reserve the right to request proof of business (i.e a scan of your business card, copies of invoices etc) before issuing a badge.

No, your visitor pass will grant you access for both days of the event.

You will be invited to book onto sessions on the seminar programme after you have completed your online registration.

There are three stages to choose from:

• Innovation Stage
• Hotel Business Stage
• Social Business Space

You cannot register a colleague as each person needs to register with a unique email address. However, you can send an invite to prompt your colleague to do this on the final page of your registration.

Unfortunately, as this is an industry only event, we do not permit entry to anyone under the age of 18. We do have exceptions for breastfeeding mothers or if you are parent and need to bring a young baby with you, please contact the team for more info.

Yes, you can bring a bag to this event and Olympia London has cloakrooms available if you wish to use it. They will open 30 minutes before and close 30 mins after show hours. The cost is £1 per item (£2 for larger bags and suitcases).

At Olympia no cash will be taken at catering outlets and cloakrooms so all customers will need to have contactless payment methods available.
