    Penn started his career with Accor, leading the mobile reception project in the pilot hotel for midscale. Whilst integrating the Front Office Light System (FOLS) PMS, he was responsible for maximising the functionality of the system from an operational level and ensuring a seamless transition. Penn then moved on to implement the Agent Cash ePOS and payment solution in some of the first properties for Accor. After undertaking a hotel opening as Assistant General Manager and assisting in the development Accor’s new Talent Management tool, Penn’s last operational role involved the implementation of various other solutions such as Nor1 and UpsellGuru.
