Having grown up in a country house hotel, it was inevitable that Victoria would blaze a trail in hospitality. Acquiring a software engineering degree along the way, she (along with partner Stuart) became the proud owner of Brambles in Inveraray, Argyll, in 2004. From its beginnings as a café, Brambles grew to become a hotel with four bedrooms, then six, then fourteen and now 18 beautiful rooms and apartments across 4 properties in the town - and its own on-site coffee roastery! As well as great coffee, guests come to enjoy authentic local cuisine, the delights of Loch Fyne and the stunning scenery of the west coast of Scotland.
