Williams acts as an outsourced CCO for hospitality groups, creating commercial frameworks which drive profit for operators, asset management firms and investment funds. Prior to joining Journey Consultancy, Williams was Client Director at Alliants where she revitalised the Warner Leisure hotel brand acting as its Interim CCO. Susanne was the founding host of Revenue Hacks, conducting over 52 broadcasts tackling topics such as enabling exceptional customer experiences, an introduction to acquisition, and women in hospitality and travel technology. Having spent over 20 years working on-property in positions as diverse as Front of House Manager to Director of Sales and Marketing and General Manager, Williams’ experience ranges from hotel groups such as Hand Picked Hotels to independent luxury properties like The Vineyard Hotel & Spa.
