Susan Lake
Susan Lake, Design Director and founder of Susan Lake Lighting Design, is an award-winning designer renowned for her expertise in the hospitality sector. After earning her master’s in interior design, she built a formidable portfolio of international luxury hotel and spa projects.
Susan built her expertise as a senior designer at Lighting Design Partnership International and Lighting Design International, working on numerous prestigious projects including The Alpina Gstaad and Ham Yard Hotel.
In 2016, she launched SLLD to showcase her unique design vision. Over the last decade, Susan has led her team to create innovative, beautifully crafted lighting schemes, securing numerous prestigious industry accolades along the way—including the Darc, Lux, and LIT Lighting Design Awards.
