Scot Turner is the founder of Auden Hospitality, an award-winning consultancy helping hotels rethink their food and beverage strategy. A former operator who’s opened over 40 restaurants and led global operations across 14 countries, Scot now works with hoteliers, developers and F&B teams to build innovative concepts guests remember and systems that build a longstanding success. Scot has global experience opening over 40 restaurants and managing $175M in annual revenues and working with some of the best brands, The Dorchester Collection, InterContinental, Alain Ducasse, Dominique Ansel and Frederic Vardon.
Under Scot’s leadership, Auden Hospitality has earned awards for its bold and innovative approach to their consultancy projects, including Best F&B Consultancy in the 2025 Innovation & Excellence Awards. Auden also gained recognition as one of the top forty hospitality podcasts for their podcast Hospitality Huddles. Through international keynotes and workshops, Scot continues to shape industry conversations and position himself as a thought leader in the field.
