Sarah Green is a hotel finance professional with many years of experience in funding and developing hotels. Sarah has worked at both Barclays and RBS where she specialised in development finance for branded hotels. She then spent almost 5 years at Hilton as Development Director, UK & Ireland where she worked with developers and investors to grow Hilton’s brands across the UK. Sarah is a founding director of HotelFinance, a niche debt advisory business that helps borrowers raise debt for hotel development, acquisition and refinance. Sarah’s extensive experience in hotel lending, hotel brands and the negotiation of Franchise & Management Agreements gives her unique insight into the needs of all stakeholders involved in financing hotels.
