Sally Beck is the General Manager of the Royal Lancaster London. At the helm since 2013, Sally is responsible for leading one of London’s largest independent and iconic hotels, the Royal Lancaster has 411 bedrooms, 3 restaurants and bars and some of the largest banqueting space in Europe, the hotel can cater for up to 3,000 guests.

Believing that a happy team makes happy guests and indeed happy owners, team and guest engagement is Sally’s first priority. The fact that the Royal Lancaster London has been in the top 100 in The Sunday Times Best Companies to Work for since 2016 is a testament that the team members working alongside Sally are a happy bunch.

Sally and her team are also passionate about giving back to the community and work tirelessly to ensure that the hotel’s commitment to social responsibility is first rate within the industry. They regularly support the homeless by sleeping on the streets of London and raising money for The West London Mission, they also help the isolated and lonely as well as working closely with The Clink Charity as well as Springboard and Hospitality Action.
