Phil has a career spanning 30 years within hospitality covering the Hotel, Cruise lines and Contract Catering sectors and remains as passionate as ever about promoting hospitality as a wonderful career.  He is now the Founder of 3 businesses all operating in and around the world of Hospitality.  Momentum Hospitality Recruitment, a boutique recruitment company sourcing talent into senior positions globally, The Curriculum Vitae, a careers coaching and mentoring business and “Hospitality Meets…” an award-winning Podcast taking a light-hearted look into the stories and journeys of people within the industry.  In addition, Phil hosts and produces the “I’m in” podcast for the Institute of Hospitality with each episode discussing a key topic for the industry with guests coming from within the IOH membership.
