Petra Clayton is the Creator and CEO of Custard, the specialist PR agency she founded in 2007 to deliver creative, strategic, and measurable communications for hotels, venues, and hospitality brands. With over 30 years’ experience and a track record working with more than 180 hotels and venues, Petra is recognised as one of the UK’s leading voices in hospitality PR. She is a former Chair of the Hotel Marketing Association, sits on the board of The Victory Services Club, is an ambassador for Hospitality Action and for The Independent Hotel Show and a Liveryman at the Worshipful Company of Innholders.
Petra regularly advises businesses on growth strategies, brand partnerships, digital PR, destination marketing, and connecting with today’s evolving leisure and business audiences.
