Paul has over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry after initially training as a chef and studying Hospitality Management at Bournemouth University. Paul has worked in a number of operations roles including; high-quality 3, 4 and 5 Star Hotels, mainly in the area of food and beverage management. He then joined the AA as an Inspector, before working his way up to Head of Inspections where he oversees the AA’s Quality Accreditations process including the coveted Rosettes scheme.
