20 years travel and tourism from airlines and loyalty programmes at British Airways, International Airlines Group and launching Avios worldwide, leading global travel events such as running World Travel Market and now in hotels as Commercial Director for Queensway Hotels & Hospitality. Nick is responsible for all hotel commercial activities, including revenue management, distribution, sales, marketing, brand, digital transformation, customer insight and loyalty for our budget boutique Point A hotels, and our luxury boutique hotels including Montagu Place and Sloane Place, working with our private equity partners.
