As well as leading the design approach within the hotel, hospitality and wellness sectors, Neil also provides strategic thinking and design direction on all projects. He continues to work closely with Center Parcs developing and delivering the Aqua Sana Forest Spa concept in the UK and Ireland. Neil also heads up the Sparcstudio team that have recently designed the ‘lodge of the future’ for Center Parcs.

Neil also maintains a long working relationship with Club Company, developing and helping to deliver their Golf, Hotel & Country Club concept across the Club Company estate. Recent Gym/wellness projects include a refurbishment of Thirdspace Space Tower Bridge which Sparcstudio designed over 9 years ago.

Neil also helped breathe new life into the original, flagship Virgin Active Club, Acton, West London by providing creative direction and design management for the new Mode Club. Neil always enjoys the challenges and opportunities to create new concepts, and has particular expertise in refreshing and repurposing existing facilities, taking particular pride in being involved throughout the whole process.
