Morgan Gulland is General Manager of Wigwam Holidays, the UK glamping network with more than 80 locations across England, Scotland and Wales.
Morgan is helping guide the continued development of a business that has grown from an early pioneer of glamping into a nationwide network of outdoor accommodation providers. His role includes supporting site owners, developing the guest proposition and introducing technology that makes it easier to manage bookings and day-to-day operations across the network.
He is particularly interested in how automation can remove repetitive administrative work while allowing independent operators to retain the personal service and local knowledge that guests value.
Morgan brings the perspective of a hospitality business applying hotel-style systems and processes to the growing outdoor accommodation sector.
