Michal Rao
Michal Rao is the Regional Director for Northern Europe at STR, a CoStar Group company, based in London. He leads a high-performing sales team of account managers, driving strategic growth and client success across diverse markets in the region.
Michal brings a strong foundation in hospitality operations, having spent over seven years in front-of-house and guest relations roles across the UK and Czech Republic. He joined STR in 2016 in a client services role and progressed through account management and business development positions, taking on increasing responsibility across Europe.
A regular speaker at industry and client events, providing insights and engagement across the hospitality sector.
Michal holds an honours degree in Business Studies from London South Bank University and studied Hospitality & Tourism Management at Podebrady Hotel School in the Czech Republic.
