Michal is STR’s Senior Account Manager for the UK & Ireland and is based in London. Before joining the business Michal spent over 7 years in hotels operations in the UK & Czech Republic holding various roles in Front of house & Guest Relations. Michal joined STR in 2016 in Client services role, later moving into Account management and Business development roles taking responsibility over a variety of markets. Michal regularly attends and presents at industry & client events, supporting STR’s clients, their associations & owners as well as enhancing STR’s reporting capabilities. He holds an honours degree in Business studies from London South Bank University and studied Hospitality & Tourism management at Podebrady Hotel School in Czech Republic.
