Michael Rao
Michal is STR’s Senior Account Manager for the UK & Ireland and is based in London. Before joining the business Michal spent over 7 years in hotels operations in the UK & Czech Republic holding various roles in front of house & guest relations. Michal joined STR in 2016 in a client services role, later moving into account management and business development roles taking responsibility over a variety of markets. Michal regularly attends and presents at industry & client events, supporting STR’s clients, their associations & owners as well as enhancing STR’s reporting capabilities. He holds an honours degree in business studies from London South Bank University and studied hospitality & tourism management at Podebrady Hotel School in Czech Republic.
