Michael Jacobi joined the Scally Hotel Collection -Hayfield Manor Cork, The Great Southern Killarney, Killarney Royal Townhouse, and St. Helen's Hotel Dublin- as Managing Director in 2021, leading a significant period of growth, transformation, an strategic repositioning across the collection. He brings over 25 years of international hospitality experience, with senior leadership roles across Europe and the Middle East, offering a genuinely global perspective shaped by working and living in multiple markets. As Managing Director, Michael leads the Group's Executive team with a strong focus on sustainable growth and operational excellence, guiding the business through expansion while strengthening its foundations for long-term success. Central to his approach is building high-performing teams and a culture of excellence, ensuring the collection attracts, develops, and retains top hospitality talent- delivering consistently memorable guest experiences and a clear sense of luxury identity across every property.
