Magdalena is a passionate hotelier with 25 years experience, including renowned brands such as Mandarin Oriental, Melia Hotels International, and the mega casino resort Baha Mar. She has also been involved in the launch and opening of over 15 luxury hotels and resorts worldwide. She currently serves as Senior Vice President of Operations for More Development and Brand Director for Arev Collection, a newly launched independent luxury boutique hotel brand. Most recently, she successfully opened Arev St. Tropez, which features the destination restaurant, The Strand. Under Magdalena’s leadership, and with a focus on delivering a relaxed yet elegant and glamorous old-world luxury experience, Arev St. Tropez and The Strand made a stunning debut on the hospitality scene in the iconic village of St. Tropez this summer, captivating the glamorous jet-set crowd.
