Lotti Bruce, Marketing Director of the phenomenally successful PIG boutique hotel group, has spent nine years supporting and now leading the company’s dynamic marketing team and growing the brand through an intensely ambitious programme of development - the group has grown from one to eight hotels in as many years! Lotti’s wide experience in the luxury brand, retail, and business sectors gained during her early career with the Press team at Selfridges, and later with the Winchester Business Improvement District (BID),has been consistently characterised by putting customer experience excellence at the heart of building brands.
