Lee Nunn
Lee Nunn is Head of Hospitality at Zennio UK, where he leads the company’s growth across hotel, serviced apartment and mixed-use developments. With more than 25 years’ experience in technical sales, market development and building automation, Lee specialises in translating complex technology into commercial and operational value.
His work focuses on KNX-based Guest Room Management Systems, integrating HVAC, lighting, occupancy, access control, PMS platforms, energy monitoring and wider building systems. He works closely with hotel owners, operators, developers, consultants, contractors and integration partners to create solutions that enhance guest comfort while reducing energy consumption and simplifying hotel operations.
Since joining Zennio in 2023, Lee has helped expand the company’s hospitality presence across the UK, supporting projects for leading international hotel brands. He is particularly passionate about open-protocol technology, practical energy-saving strategies and demonstrating how intelligent room control can deliver measurable sustainability, operational and financial benefits without compromising the guest experience.
