Having graduated from Nottingham Trent University with a Humanities degree, it didn’t take Lee long to combine his life-long passion for travel with work as he forged a successful, early career with the TUI Group both overseas in Spain, Austria and Tunisia and in the UK head office.
With customer and operations management very much at the heart of roles undertaken, he then took his expertise to ExCeL London, managing their front of house and Helpdesk teams to ensure excellent levels of service, championing operational excellence at the international venue.
This love to help, support, and make a real difference to customers along with his engaging character, took him to eviivo, where he has stayed for more than 12 years, initially as Customer Support Manager, before becoming the Head of Distribution in a crucial role forging strong commercial and operational relationships with online travel agency partners, ensuring eviivo customer needs from them are met and exceeded.
