Léa is a sustainable tourism specialist with a Masters in Responsible Tourism Management and diverse experiences in hospitality and tour operators. As a Senior Associate in Sustainability at Considerate Group, she is responsible for the development of ESG programmes at a strategic level, and directly supports hotel teams with implementation on the ground. Léa has experience in a wide range of sustainability topics, creating action plans and practical resources to provide guidance, and specialising in employee and guest engagement and equity, diversity and inclusion.
