Laura is an experienced, passionate and dedicated hospitality professional. Currently the Director of Operations for Firmdale Hotels. Firmdale hotels is a group of 8 boutique hotels located in London and three in New York. Our hotels are stylish, bespoke and design lead, and we excel at providing guests an individual service experience in luxurious relaxed surroundings. Previously the General Manager at Ham Yard Hotel where Laura worked for eight years since pre opening having worked for Firmdale Hotels in a variety of roles over a number of years. Cateys Manager of the Year in 2018 with Ham Yard Hotel winner of Hotel of the Year in the same year.
