Born into the world of hospitality, with hotelier parents, Kathryn began her career in London with Firmdale Hotels. Her journey then took her overseas, where she had the chance to run safari lodges in both South Africa and Tanzania and a luxury resort in the Caribbean. For the past 20 years, Kathryn has poured that global experience into her beloved boutique hotel the Alexandra in Lyme Regis, Dorset, where every guest is welcomed like family. The team at the Alexandra are the most important element, they make the building come alive with their warmth and caring nature.
