As Head of Experience at edyn, Jordan is responsible for the curation and activation of the restaurant, bar and ancillary spaces as well as overseeing the development of the sensory touchpoints at each new LOCKE property.

A creative soul at heart, Jordan spent most of his youth as a professional actor and was awarded an Emmy in 1996 for his role as Alex in ‘The Island on Bird Street’. He continued acting until he went to study Communications and New Media at the University of Leeds.

Prior to joining edyn Jordan spent four years at IHG, contributing to the development, growth and successful implementation of concepted restaurants and bars within their lifestyle portfolio, as well as leading a number of global projects to re-position, and re-define the food and beverage philosophies for their prominent upscale brands.

After a successful three years at edyn, Jordan is excited for the projects in development and strives to combine his creative roots with his love of food, drink and experiential moments.
