John Kelly has joined Pan Pacific London as Hotel Manager to oversee the operations, team and overall service at the luxury property. He is an expert in luxury service with over 20 years of experience in the industry. Most recently, he has worked as Deputy General Manager at Adare Manor in County Limerick, Ireland, a luxury five-star hotel and golf course which recently achieved Forbes Five Star rating for the first time. His previous hotel experience includes Hotel Manager for The Bloomsbury, part of the Doyle Collection, and Director of Rooms at both The Hoxton Holborn and W Leicester Square. He also held a number of roles at Turnberry Hotel & Golf Resort when it was managed by Starwood Hotels & Resorts. With his impressive background, John will bring a wealth of experience in day-to-day hotel operations to Pan Pacific London, including oversight of food & beverage across the property and ensuring the highest of standards for guests
