John Kelly
John Kelly is a passionate and accomplished hotelier with a distinguished career spanning some of Europe's most prestigious luxury properties. Currently serving as the Hotel Manager at the Forbes five-star Pan Pacific London, John brings a wealth of experience and a people-centric leadership style to his role. His journey in hospitality began at the renowned Shannon College of Hotel Management, in Ireland. This strong foundation propelled him into senior roles at esteemed establishments such as Adare Manor, The Bloomsbury Hotel, the W Hotel London Leicester Square and Turnberry Resort in Scotland.
A true advocate for authentic and inclusive leadership, John is dedicated to fostering a culture of kindness and creating memorable guest experiences. This year he was nominated as one of Checking In LGBTQ+ Hospitality Champions. He is also passionate about wine, currently studying his Diploma in Wine at WSET school in Bermondsey.
