Jess Southworth is Cluster Director of Sales & Marketing for Hotel Football and Stock Exchange Hotel in Manchester, leading commercial strategy across two distinctive Marriott properties. With almost two decades in hospitality, Jess has built her career around sales, relationships, partnerships and collaboration, with a strong belief that great commercial results start with great people. Alongside her day-to-day role, Jess is Vice Chair of the Meetings Industry Association (MIA), where she advocates for the UK meetings and events sector and contributes to conversations around its future. A proud Mancunian, Jess has been recognised as one of Business Elite’s 40 Under 40 in Europe and Marriott’s Sales Special Achievement Leader for EMEA. She brings an energetic, people-first and commercially grounded perspective to the stage.
