Jan Janecek is the Principal of Office for Contemporary Design. With nearly 20 years of experience across hospitality, residential, workplace, and high-end retail projects, he has delivered a diverse portfolio of award-winning projects from concept through to completion.
His work is informed by a strong understanding of spatial experience, user behaviour, and contemporary lifestyles, enabling him to create environments that are both functional and engaging. Jan's approach is driven by clear design thinking and a commitment to developing projects that respond to their context while reflecting the aspirations of clients and end users.
With a focus on design quality, technical coordination, and attention to detail, Jan oversees projects through all stages of the design and construction process.
