The Marsham Court Hotel is one of the most accessible hotels in the UK and is at the forefront of driving action in the hospitality industry. James has been a key player in this development and promotes inclusivity throughout the Uk and beyond. He is on the DEIB Council with the Institute of Hospitality, an Advisory Board Member of the Accessible Hospitality Alliance, a member of the EITAG (England’s Inclusive Tourism Action Group), and is the Disability & Access Ambassador for the Hospitality Industry in the UK with the government’s Disability Unit. James is now launching his new consultancy, UsKind, working with hospitality businesses to create inclusive culture.
