Hawwa Dorrington is a Senior Product Manager in Enterprise Technology at Haven, with over 20 years of experience across Sales, Finance, and People systems. Her approach to technology is distinctly human-centred—she believes that great technology should prioritise usability and user experience above all else. If it's not intuitive, it needs fixing.
Hawwa is deeply committed to supporting professional development and enabling people to perform at their best whilst being authentically themselves. As an active member of Haven's DE&I forum, she is a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion in tech, working to ensure that women see technology as an accessible and welcoming career path.
Beyond her role at Haven, Hawwa is an active member of her local community, supporting a children's cancer charity and its families. She enjoys running as part of an active lifestyle and enjoys building meaningful connections through networking and time with friends.
