Georgina Keighley-King
Georgina has been working in hospitality since she was 15, within various levels of the industry and has always had a passion for food. Whilst travelling she worked in different roles overseas in Australia and France, eventually leading to her taking a job as a chef in a ski resort, which marked the beginning of her culinary career. This led down a career path of cheffing, allowing her to get qualifications and take on a role at the Michelin starred Lake Road Kitchen, where she worked her way up through the ranks to head chef.
Georgina joined the family business in 2022, alongside her husband Pete. She has now taken on the role of operations director where she oversees the day to day running of the business, and all HR aspects. She still uses her culinary knowledge to help with menu costing, writing, and calculating the carbon footprint of each dish for The Yans ‘Mindful Menu’.
