Following her degree in hospitality management, Florence has worked in Toulouse for a few years before relocating to London 12 years ago. Since she arrived in London, Florence has worked for a variety of hotels and brands, progressing in Front of House roles until she joined Georgian House at the end of 2018 as reception and revenue manager.  In August 2019 she then took over the General Manager position and has been recently promoted as Group General Manager to support the development and growth of the Victorian House Hotel in Grasmere and the Rothay Garth Hotel in Ambleside.

Passionate about the growth and development of the next generation of talents, Florence is regularly supporting various charities such as Springboard, Mencap and Only a pavement away to promote the industry and encourage diversity in inclusion in hospitality.
