Ellie has worked within the hospitality industry on and off for over 25 years in a variety of different roles, it became apparent her vocation was working with people. So when she discovered Hospitality Action it felt like a great achievement and the next right step to start giving back to the people within the industry she had been part of for so long. Ellie has dedicated the last 8 years to promoting and  successfully growing Hospitality Action’s Bespoke EAP, which now supports nearly 200,000 employees within the industry with life’s issues that can be particularly heighted when working within this great industry.
