Dervla Gallen is an applied psychologist and Elevo’s Head of Programmes, where she leads the creation of innovative, human-centred training programmes across mental health and inclusion. With over five years’ experience designing, developing, and delivering world-class programmes within the hospitality sector, Dervla brings a deep understanding of the pace, pressure, and people-first nature of operational environments. She’s worked with some of the most recognised names in the industry – including McDonald’s, Nando’s, KFC, Jamie Oliver Group, Turtle Bay, GAIL’s, and Heineken – shaping learning experiences that genuinely work in the real world.
