Cheri Hughes is a hospitality revenue leader and the Founder of Hotel Revenue Club, a boutique revenue management advisory firm focused on making European Revenue Management more culturally relevant in today's modern hotel ecosystems. With 20 years’ experience spanning luxury hotels, independent properties and listed REIT assets, she has built and led revenue functions across 30+ hotels, delivering RevPAR uplift of 15–35% within the first twelve months of assuming control. Her career has included consulting for names such as The Dorchester, Le Méridien, Singita, Fairmont Cape Grace and The Saxon. Her speciality is finding and unlocking revenue streams - combining commercial structure, technology, and strategy with the creativity to uncover opportunities others miss. Cheri founded Hotel Revenue Club to bring lateral, collaborative thinking to ambitious independent and luxury hotels.
