With a comprehensive understanding of travel related products and markets, she is responsible for the brand's commercial strategy and global business development across print, digital and events. Charlotte has considerable experience in international sales and account management as well as developing a global multicultural team. Passionate about the luxury hotel industry, Charlotte is an Ambassador for Hospitality Action and a firm supporter of sustainability and inclusivity across the hospitality sector.
