Ben Murphy
Ben Murphy is Founder of Hosting Holidays, a UK hospitality and property management business supporting holiday lets, serviced accommodation, hotels and other independent accommodation providers.
Ben has spent nearly eight years building the business, which has now managed more than 30,000 stays. He works closely with accommodation owners and operators on revenue management, distribution, guest communications and day-to-day operations, with a focus on improving commercial performance while maintaining a strong guest experience.
Ben brings hands-on experience of using technology, automation and data to help hospitality businesses operate more efficiently and make better commercial decisions. His perspective combines the realities of running a growing accommodation business with supporting other independent operators to improve occupancy, revenue and the overall guest experience.
