Ben aspired to a career in hospitality from a young age and followed a degree in Tourism and French with sales and marketing roles at Eurostar and British Airways.

He progressed to SACO The Serviced Apartment Company (now edyn group), where he spent six years as part of the leadership team developing the aparthotel concept across Europe through the creation and expansion of the Locke brand. The business was then acquired by Brookfield Asset Management in January 2018.

As CEO Ben has established a bold pipeline for growth across each of the four brands and is leading the business’ journey to B Corp accreditation. SeaSpace, a new lifestyle-driven aparthotel brand, launched in May 2024 with the first property, SeaSpace: Cornwall, due to open in Autumn 2024.
