Anthony Cox
Anthony is Head of Operational Support for Clermont Hotel Group (CHG), one of London’s largest hotel owner operators with 4500 keys across 16 hotels, whose remit includes responsibility for the group’s food and beverage strategy with a growing portfolio of restaurants and bars with distinct identities.
Before joining CHG Anthony specialised in providing expert advice for focused on independent owner operated hotels through his own consultancy business, that he launched after a twenty-year general management career, leading some of the best independent hotels in the UK.
A graduate of both Cornell University’s professional development program and Cranfield School of Managemen,t through the generous support of an Innholders Scholarship, he is passionate about promoting hospitality as a credible career choice. Anthony has also served as non-executive director and latterly chair of Wivenhoe House Hotel, home of the Edge Hotels School, the first hotel of its kind in the UK.
