Andy Roger
After graduating from Edinburgh University with a Honours Degree in Business, Andy began his career in Hospitality with Malmaison as part of their Graduate scheme for the opening of the Birmingham property in 2002. Over the course of the subsequent 10 years he spent time in many of the group's properties. He took on his first General Manager's role in 2007 at Hotel du Vin in Tunbridge Wells. This was followed by moving to the North East to open Malmaison in Aberdeen in 2008. After three years in Aberdeen, Andy's final role with the group was at One Devonshire Gardens back in his native Glasgow. In 2013, Andy took the opportunity of moving into the Resort business moving to be Operations Director at Cameron House, Loch Lomond. In 2015 Andy became Resort Director at Cameron House where he ran the Resort for 8 years until March 2023, overseeing the expansion and refurbishment of the entire property. Andy now leads Mar Hall Golf & Spa Resort which relaunched n Spring 2025 following a significant refurbishment.
