Andrea has 30 years hotel marketing experience.  She is now a certified Executive Coach, working with individuals on the development of leadership competencies and behaviours that engage and transform teams.  Andrea also facilitates strategy development for hotels, working across functions to build greater collaboration, trust and accountability to deliver the plan effectively.
