Alex Burgess is Director of the CEO's Office at eviivo, where he works closely with the executive team to help shape strategy and drive innovation across one of hospitality's leading booking and property management platforms. Passionate about helping independent accommodation providers thrive, Alex focuses on how technology can simplify operations, improve profitability, and enhance the guest experience without losing the personal touch that defines great hospitality. A First Class Honours graduate of the London School of Economics, he combines a strong analytical background with hands-on experience of the challenges and opportunities facing today's accommodation businesses. At eviivo, Alex has been closely involved in the company's work around AI, automation and digital transformation, helping hoteliers understand how emerging technologies can deliver practical operational benefits while giving teams more time to focus on what matters most: their guests.
