With a proven record and over 20 years of career experience in global business sectors and senior HR leadership roles. I work with executives to embed inclusion & diversity in their decision-making process through system redesign and leadership development. In October 2021, Expedia appointed me Senior Director, Global Inclusion and Diversity. In this role, I am responsible for driving the development of a global vision and effective strategy for inclusion and diversity for EMEA, APAC and LATAM. I also led our Global Inclusion Business Groups. Our Inclusion Business Groups (IBGs) are one way we support employees and their sense of belonging at Expedia Group. IBGs are self-organized communities, sponsored by the I&D team, focused on advancing inclusion, awareness, development, and a sense of belonging for underrepresented identities at Expedia Group.
