TigerTMS partners with CNN International Commercial to launch free digital tool for the hospitality sector

Tigers TMS

TigerTMS (Stand 1240) has partnered with CNN International Commercial (CNNIC) to utilise the CNN Travel Advertising Platform (CNN TAP) to provide a free digital tool to the hospitality sector.

AskMeTiger is a FREE mobile information tool that provides branded property information to enhance guest engagement, simply by scanning a QR-code.

Content is easily uploaded via an online page by business owners and operators.  Following simple prompts, in as little as 30 minutes, the AskMeTiger solution displays a bespoke mobile information tool – suitable for any business.

Guests scan a QR code to access all the information a business wants to provide. Information is displayed through a series of buttons. These buttons, once pressed, could provide details such as Venue Information, Opening Times, Restaurant and Bar menus, Parking Information, Location Map, and direct access to the telephone or WhatsApp messaging to the property.  The content displayed and use of AskMeTiger is limitless and only constrained by the imagination of the creator.

This product is completely free to use because of the advertising stream via CNN TAP. AskMeTiger incorporates a CNN news button – so with a single touch, guests see latest headlines and news bulletins of the day.

AskMeTiger is the freemium version of iPortal – the widely used mobile Guests services solution from TigerTMS.  John Owen, CEO at TigerTMS, comments: “AskMeTiger is based on iPortal - the premium version of our mobile guest services offering that supports hoteliers who want to integrate into their PMS and benefit from features such as F&B order and pay, speed dial to hotel departments, or automatic checkout”.

“However, there is a huge section of hospitality – the smaller venues such as independent hotels, guest houses, bed and breakfasts, holiday homes and holiday parks etc - who do not require integration into IT systems.  The past couple of years have been trying times for hospitality, and that’s why we’ve created AskMeTiger and made it available for free.  It is a perfect tool for any business who wants an easy to use, mobile solution for their guests and customers”.

To hear more about the new digital tool from TigerTMS, head to Stand 1240 at the Independent Hotel Show on 4-5 October. To view the full list of suppliers at this year's event, go to independenthotelshow.co.uk/exhibitors.
