Independent Hotel Show unveils 2025 line-up of design partners

Members Suite

The Independent Hotel Show, in partnership with James Hallam Insurance Brokers, has unveiled the seven leading design studios who will bring the 2025 edition of the event to life at Olympia on 6-7 October.

Each design partner has been tasked with interpreting the show’s central theme of Redefining Luxury, creating spaces that reflect the character and quality of the high-end hotels that attend the show.

The 2025 design line-up includes DV8 Designs, Black Ivy, Design Command, Ches & Co, Amit Dixit Design, SASI Studio and studioATARA. Together they will transform the show into an environment that mirrors the elegance, atmosphere and guest-focused design synonymous with luxury hospitality.

The Hotel Business Stage, in partnership with eviivo, will be styled by DV8 Designs, while Black Ivy will bring its vision to the Members Suite, a dedicated space for hotel leaders to meet and connect. The Innovation Stage returns with a fresh design concept from Design Command.

Design Command Founder Clare McDonald explains: “Our team love the Independent Hotel Show – it’s a few days where we connect with other suppliers, discover new ideas, meet new people within the industry and hear directly from industry leaders who always leave us feeling inspired. We really enjoy designing the Innovation Stage; we see it as more than a platform for seminars but a space where people should be able to pause, listen and engage away from the business of the show floor.”

Elsewhere, Ches & Co will shape the Social Business Space, which hosts networking events, live podcast recordings and practical workshops. Amit Dixit Design will oversee the Dining Room, and SASI Studio will create The Lobby, forming a striking entrance to the show.

Speaking about the project, SASI Studio’s Mattia Santi comments: “Collaborating with the Independent Hotel Show aligns closely with our studio’s focus on hospitality and luxury design, as well as our ambition to engage directly with independent hoteliers. We value the show’s commitment to connecting designers with the industry, and we believe that hoteliers can greatly benefit from partnering with our team at SASI Studio to create distinctive assets and innovative guest experiences.”

The Sales Lounge, designed by studioATARA, will act as a bustling hub of business activity, providing a professional backdrop for exhibitors to forge new connections.

Event Manager Glenn Wallace says the contribution of the design partners is central to the event’s success: “The Independent Hotel Show is designed to reflect the quality and style of the hotels we welcome each year. Our design partners play a vital role in creating an environment that feels as premium, inspiring and guest-focused as the very best in hospitality. We’re excited to see how each studio interprets Redefining Luxury and helps us deliver a show that truly resonates with our audience.”
