Exclusive Collection’s Danny Pecorelli to speak at Independent Hotel Show 2025 Power Breakfast
Independent Hotel Show, in partnership with James Hallam Insurance Brokers, has announced that Danny Pecorelli, Managing Director of Exclusive Collection, will be the keynote interview for the show’s exclusive Power Breakfast.
The event takes place on the morning of the second day of the show (7 October), offering a unique opportunity to hear insights from one of the leading figures in independent hospitality, interviewed by Boutique Hotelier Managing Editor Zoe Monk.

Danny Pecorelli leads Exclusive Collection, a family-run independent group established in 1981, comprising seven country house properties, two spas, a golf club, cookery school, inn, and award-winning restaurants. He is widely recognised in the hospitality industry, having been named Hotelier of the Year in 2014 by The Caterer and honoured with The Brit List Outstanding Contribution to the Hospitality Industry 2024. Danny has also served as Chairman of the Master Innholders and continues to champion the development of future talent through initiatives including the Exclusive Chefs’ Academy, Graduate Manager’s Programme, and Food and Beverage Academy.
Design and innovation are central to Exclusive Collection’s evolution, with standout projects such as the striking new spa at South Lodge, the contemporary cookery school at Lainston within a 17th-century wellhouse, and cutting-edge hotel bathrooms.
