Hotel Complimentary Products is a family-run business with over 33 years of industry experience in the hospitality industry.
Hotel Complimentary Products was launched by Founders Alan and Kay Deacon from their family home in Littlestone, New Romney, Kent, initially supplying soap and bottles to guesthouses, B&Bs and hotels in and around the London area. As the business expanded, products such as toilet rolls, shoeshine cloths, disposable bathmats, sewing kits, shower caps and matchboxes were also added to the company portfolio.
It was not long before the demand for products outgrew the space in the family home so Alan and Kay relocated the company to rented units before ultimately purchasing their first commercial property in New Romney. The new location was ideal for expansion as the company become more and more successful.
Hotel Complimentary Products still operates from their offices and warehouses at Mountﬁeld Road, New Romney. In 2023 Hotel Complimentary products will relocate again, but this time, to newly built offices and showroom, with an impressive 22,000 sq/ft warehouse. This will take the total storage capacity to over 30,000sq/ft, which will enable further growth for the future.
In 2008 a partnership was formed with Nicholas Butterworth, founder of Emberton™. Emberton™ electricals can be found in over 80 countries, and Hotel Complimentary Products Ltd have exclusive rights to the supply of all Emberton™ products in the UK and Ireland.
