Serene incorporates DirectKey™, Bluetooth® based mobile access technology which allows guests to use their own phones as a room key. Meanwhile, the Trillium™ lock range, which grants easy upgrades, can include it optionally.
Deployed across 4 million Bluetooth® locking devices, DirectKey enables contactless check-in and access, allowing hotel guests to bypass reception.
